Michael is a straight shooter, helping clients overcome the significant challenge to the status quo that comes with becoming 'purpose-driven'. His purpose is to empower others with purpose to make a meaningful difference in their world. Over 20 years in business leadership with SME family businesses and large companies (Macquarie Bank and Lend Lease). Over 15 years helping clients: small, medium and large businesses and church-based enterprises. He serves on a number of boards. A church leader for 35 years and counting!

Michael is also co-Founder and Partner of Oilstone Ministry Leadership and Founding Director at Ampersand Capital & Capability Partners.




He has also been involved in the not-for-profit sector for many years. He currently serves as a director of the Geneva Push. He formerly served on the Boards of Australian Fellowship of Evangelical Students and Katoomba Christian Convention Limited, where he has also served as Executive Officer.

Sophie has worked with the world’s largest events management & corporate communications consultancy - Jack Morton International, as well as Radio 2UE and SC Johnson. Her clients include: Australian Graduate School of Engineering Innovation, United Medical Protection, Dorling Kindersley Australia, IBA Technologies and the Anglican Diocese of Sydney.
